Utah Under The Stars Retreat

Join us Under the Star at a beautiful sanctuary lush with native plants, flower gardens, raspberry bushes, fruit trees, and a mountain-water stream that runs through the center of the property. Enjoy the surrounding mountains for nature walks, and the natural water hole for cold plunges and renewal. This land offers us a place to settle into nature's beauty, and a quiet environment that supports reflection, restoration, and attunement.

Our time together invites self-inquiry, deep listening, and embodied integration grounded through prayer, the medicine of music, the medicine of nature, and the medicine of community. This is a space where our inner work has a safe and supportive environment to emerge, guided by nature ~ by the ancient wisdom and beautiful presence of these master plant and animal teachers.

We will open our gathering by offering a prayer for the land and building a shared altar, each of us placing our prayers, intentions, and devotion into the space, and then prepare for our first SomoS Ceremony on Friday evening. Saturday will offer spaciousness for integration and time in nature, rest, and quiet reflection, guiding us toward our second SomoS Ceremony of the weekend. On Sunday morning, we will prepare for our Toad Activation Ceremony, followed by a sacred blessing to seal the work - honoring all that has shifted, awakened, and returned to remembrance.

Throughout the weekend, we ask for your commitment to collective stewardship of our community field as we cultivate a culture of shared responsibility and care. We ask for your support with light volunteer assistance around meals and cleanup, and a minimal grocery sign-up list to support.

Traveling by Plane?

For those traveling from out of state - fly into Salt Lake City International Airport. The property is approximately a 25-minute Uber ride from the airport. If you are flying in, please let us know. We can help arrange simple sleeping support and ceremonial padding for your ease.

Somos Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3). All contributions are tax-deductible.

Registration

To reserve your space, click “Register.” A non-refundable $222 deposit is required. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps, including required forms, a confidential health history, and an intake call with our team (if this is your first time sitting with us).

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future ceremony within one year (minus the deposit). If life brings unexpected circumstances, please contact us.
